Cookie & Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

In short

We use cookies to make the website work, for statistics and for marketing. Necessary cookies are always active. Statistics and marketing cookies are only set if you say yes in our cookie banner — if you say no, we set only necessary cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your cookies (see section 3).

For the full details of how we process personal data — purposes, legal basis, retention and your rights — see our Privacy Policy. The terms for being a customer are in our Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

When you visit our website (https://numina.app/), we collect information about you that is used to make the site work, to improve our content and to measure and target our marketing. Below we explain what information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it.

If you do not want information to be collected, you can reject in our cookie banner and/or delete and block cookies in your browser (see section 3).

This policy applies to Numina’s website. Numina Regnskab ApS, company reg. (CVR) no. 46553705 (“Numina”), is the data controller for the processing of the personal data described here.

2. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, mobile or similar device. Its purpose is to recognise your device, remember your settings, produce statistics and target marketing. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.

In addition to actual cookies, we use related technologies — such as your browser’s local storage — for the same purposes. Among other things, we use local storage to remember your cookie choice. In this policy, “cookies” also covers these technologies.

3. How to give and change your consent

The first time you visit our website, a cookie banner appears where you can choose “Accept” or “Reject”:

  • Accept: You consent to our use of statistics and marketing cookies, so we can see how the site is used and show you relevant ads.
  • Reject: We set only necessary cookies and enable neither statistics nor marketing.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser (in local storage under the key numina_cookie_consent) so that we remember it on your next visit.

Marketing cookies are only set if you choose “Accept”. If you choose “Reject”, we do not enable marketing (see section 6).

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies and stored data for this website in your browser — the cookie banner will then appear again on your next visit and you can choose anew. See guidance at aboutcookies.org or in your browser’s help menu.

4. Which cookies and technologies do we use?

CategoryPurposeStatus
NecessaryMake the website work and remember your cookie choice (the numina_cookie_consent key in local storage).Always active
StatisticsHelp us understand how visitors use the site (page views and clicks) so we can improve it. Provided by PostHog.Requires consent
MarketingUsed to measure the effect of our advertising and show you relevant ads on the platforms we advertise on.Requires consent

If you delete or block cookies, ads may become less relevant to you and parts of the website may not work optimally.

5. Web analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog for web analytics so we can see how our website is used and improve it. If you consent to statistics cookies (“Accept”), PostHog is activated with cookies and a user ID so we can understand user behaviour across pages and sessions.

If you reject, we turn PostHog off for you, so no statistics about your visit are collected. The legal basis for statistics is your consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

PostHog processes the information on our behalf as a data processor. Any transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA only takes place on a valid transfer basis, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

6. Marketing

We use marketing cookies to measure the effect of our advertising and to show you more relevant ads on the platforms we advertise on. These cookies are only set if you give consent in the cookie banner.

The legal basis is your consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see section 3 — or contact us at support@numina.app.

7. Third parties

Depending on your choices, the website may contain cookies from or share data with the following third parties:

Third parties that process information on our behalf (data processors) may only use the information according to our instructions and not for their own purposes. We only use data processors in the EU/EEA or in countries that can ensure an adequate level of protection for your information.

8. Personal data and privacy

Personal data is any information that can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we typically collect and process a unique ID, technical information about your device, your IP address, approximate geographic location and which pages you click on. If you enter information yourself — for example in our contact or “call me back” forms — we also process the information you provide, such as name, phone number and email.

We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act, and we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures. The information is only used for the purposes for which it was collected and is deleted when it is no longer necessary.

A complete description of which personal data we process, for which purposes, on which legal basis, how long it is retained and to whom it may be disclosed can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Your rights and complaints

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we process about you, to have inaccurate data corrected or erased, to data portability and to object to or restrict the processing. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, contact Numina at support@numina.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you are dissatisfied with our processing of your personal data — see www.datatilsynet.dk.
